Insurance
We make paying your bill convenient. We accept credit cards (4.99% fee) and Care Credit as forms of payment. Payment is expected when services are rendered. All telehealth invoices are sent via Square prior to your appointment. Your copay, deductible, or out of pocket payment must be paid prior to your visit. Please contact your insurance company if you are unsure about your co-pay amount.
New Jersey
We accept the following commercial insurances: Aetna, Amerihealth (some plans), Cigna, Medicaid, Horizon BCBS, Unite Healthcare/UMR. All benefits will be verified for participation.
We only accept Medicaid MCO: Aetna Better Health, Horizon NJ Health, and Wellpoint.
Uninsured
We feel everyone should have access to health care services. We understand this can be a challenge, which is why we offer competitive cash rates.
Our rates are as follows:
- Psych/MAT visit – $140.00
- Primary Care Visit – $100.00
- Mental Health Counseling – $65.00
Request for paperwork completion: $35.00 fee
Care Credit allows you to pay for your visits over time. It can be used at other provider offices and some pharmacies to cover your medication.
